Product: Hp deskjet3752

We got a used printer today, they can not remember the password. I can find the printer on my wireless networks . However when I follow the directions to set up a previously used one it will not find the printer. So how do I fix this? Get anew password ? Help

Please follow 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP app' below to reconfigure the printer for your wireless network:
