I am trying to set up a new 3620 printer. When asked for my postcode, I entered my correct UK postcode, but am getting message Please enter a valid postcode. Any suggestions? I have entered UK as my location on the sign in page, so can't see what the problem is

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Not sure why it is not accepting the postal code.

Just try 123456.

Thanks.

I have tried 123456 and that wont work. Very frustrating after buying a new printer.

Initially tried my Australian  postcode (having set up my region to Australia). When that didnt work I tried valid UK & US postcodes - none accepted. Then as suggested on various forum answers I tried 12345 and 123456. Nothing worked. Very frustrating.
