Product: OfficeJet 250 mobile
Is there anything new about configuring the date and time on the OfficeJet 250 mobile? I have the same issue that was discussed here. Once the date and time were right and everything worked. But when the device was not used for a few days, the date was back to 01.01.1970. The device may occasionally sync with a time server, but it is a mobile device that is turned off most of the time. The "Scan-to-Email" function does not work technically because mail providers do not accept such emails. But an accurate timestamp is also essential for other scanning functions. Currently, the device can only be used as a printer and copier and does not deserve the designation "All in One".
