Hi @Lou2020

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you to connect the printer to the wireless network.

Use WPS to connect the printer to your wireless network.

  1. Locate the WPS button on your router, but do not press it yet.

  2. Press the wireless button on the control panel to show the wireless menu options on the printer display.

  3. Select Wireless Settings on the printer display

  4. Select WPS. Select Push Button and follow the on-screen instructions on the printer display.

  5. On the router, press and hold the WPS button for 3 to 5 seconds or until it shows that the WPS connection process has started.

NOTE: The product begins a timer for approximately two minutes in which the corresponding button on the networking device needs to be pressed.

Once the printer connects to the wireless network, the blue Wireless light on the control panel turns on solid.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

What I read some place was eero didn't support WPS, and I did not see a WPS button on the router.  I connected the printer to my computer with printer cable, updated the driver and then was able to use the "connected" printer to set up wireless printing.  I wasn't getting that option prior to connecting with a printer cable.  Bottomline, I can not print wirelessly.  Thanks for your assistance.

If the wireless router does not have a WPS button, connect the printer and the MAC using a USB cable and then convert it to wireless.

Refer to the steps mentioned in this document. Hp utility can be downloaded from here

Let me know how this goes.
