Product: OfficeJet 3830

Recently I moved into my college dorm and brought my OfficeJet 3830 printer because I use it often on school stuff. I have no idea how to get it to work, i tried to connect it to the school wifi but it wouldn't connect. Can anyone help me?

Welcome to HP support community.

 

HP printer might not work on public WiFi network.

However, you can connect the printer with WiFi Direct option on the printer.
