Product: HP Deskjet plus 4155

Help me setup my printer. 

I have a brand new Deskjet plus 4155. I have it on. The app on my Samsung S20 is open. My Bluetooth and wifi is on. The app is open withe the searching for printers screen. It never loads my printer. I want to be able to connect my printer through my wifi. Printer is on and wifi is blinking
