Product: HP Smart Tank 515 Wireless All-in-One

Guys, iam having an issue printing from the HP Smart mobile app as everytime i choose to print something it asks me to sign in through the web and it takes me back to the app and then says an error happened, tried it a lot of times, tried to un install the app and install it again, but the issue remained it gives me error code (0W_500_0WSID00001).

Please help.
