Hello everyone,

As I already told here, on November 5th, 2019 my old printer that was linked to an HP ePrint email address died suddenly, so I couldn't remove the services before buying a new one. Trying to reuse my old address resulted in an error, since In order to "free" the address I would have had to remove the services from the old printer before installing a new one, as I was told; of course this wouldn't be possible since my old printer, again, literally died because of a power surge. So my only chance to get that address back was to wait for six months.

Now more than 6 months have passed, but I still can't reuse that address. What should I do?
