iOS

as of two days ago my print button stopped working from my iPhone, although I can print from HP Smart. I can’t access a HP Smart for email documents

It sounds like you're encountering a frustrating issue with printing from your iPhone. Since you can print from HP Smart but can't access HP Smart for email documents, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem:

 

Restart the Printer and Computer

  • Turn off the printer. Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.
  • Restart your computer to ensure there are no pending software issues.

Reinstall Printer Drivers

  • Go to Control PanelProgramsPrograms and Features. Find and uninstall any HP printer software.
  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and download the latest drivers. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the drivers.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:

Update Printer Firmware

  • Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
