First of all i have exactly the same problem as described here:
but also there no solution
Als i have a nice xxxxxx@hpeprint.com email adress already, so the claim code that i think is default added to the generated email is also not there anymore
The info page if i print only prints "concratulations" and my nice hpeprint.com email adress
No claim code nothing
So i can't go to the hpconnected.com to see everything for this printer (i have this printer for a couple of years now)
First the website was working, but i think everything was changed at your end, and now i have to somehow reregister my printer with a claim code that i am not able to get out of my printer...
Googling around i do see quite a few more people having this, but no solution..

Hi,
The Claim Code is the part of your HP ePrint address prior @hpeprint.com
If the claim code being rejected from the HP ePrint icon click on Settings and then Remove Web Services and confirm.
Open the HP ePrint menu and follow the steps to enable web services, then use the provided claim code, as the code is only valid for 24 hours since enabling web services.

you are reading my post wrong
i dont have a claim code that is part of the @hpeprint.com address
That is already a nice name like "myprinter@hpeprint.com"
i changed/added that years ago.
So again, how do i get my claim code if the info page doesn't print this, and the email adress doesn't have that (because it is not a default hpe print email adress anymore)

I did read your post correctly, therfore included the steps to remove web services and re-enable it to get a claim code..
A claim code is valid for 24 hours since enabling the feature, once customized it is no longer a claim code...
Once you will re-enable web services from new a valid claim code will be printed (a random address), then it can be customized..
