I have set up my HP printer for the first time and trying to connect it to my other device for air printing on my iPhone. When I connect to the wifi they are asking for a password which does not accept my wifi password

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
