Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

The following used to work great - no longer. The printer works OK from my Windows 10 Desktop. When trying to print from my Samsung phone I am getting the message "this printer isn't available right now." I've deleted and re-added the printer, deleted and re-added the HP Print Service, tried it with WI-FI and direct printing and nothing seems to work. 

 

Also, when I try to login from my phone to HP Print Service, it asks for email address. When that fails (I guess), it asks to try logging in using my phone #. I don't get an error but it just keeps returning to the login options (email or phone). Very frustrating since this used to work great. I'm about ready to chuck HP after 20+ years and by either Canon or Brother.

 

Any thoughts?
