tray 2 A3 will not print in colour

You didn't specified what printer you are referring to. I will try to guess. It's HP Officejet pro 7720 7730 or 7740?

 

If I guessed, you need to go to hp.com and install original driver from HP, you are now running a Microsoft driver that is causing your issues printing on A3.
