Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

I use an HP Envy Photo 7855, connected wirelessly to my home network. I use my printer with my iPhone 13, a couple of iPads, and my 2016 MacBook Pro that runs on macOS 15.1.

 

My daughter and her family live about 15 miles away, and they have no printer. They rarely need to print anything, but on occasion they've tried to send a print job via email. They have the correct email address for my printer, but they've never succeeded in printing. So they resort to sending their documents to me via email, and I print them myself. I should add that they live in a fairly remote location, and they use a satellite Internet connection (HughesNet). 

 

I've printed with HP e-Print from my own home, so I know  it works. As a test, from my home office, I sent a print job via email to my printer, and voila! Today—as a test—I visited the family and sent a print job from my iPhone to my printer's email address. The print job failed with no error message in my iPhone Mail app; no sign of an incoming print job on my printer upon my return home. 

 

So, can anyone offer any ideas to troubleshoot this situation. What's the best way for my daughter to send the occasional print job to my printer, other than sending her documents to me?
