I bought a tango X and was assured that it would set up with my smartphone. Everything seems to be working until I get to my Wi-Fi password and enter it. I have the correct password. The setup system for Tango keeps saying that the password is wrong. It is a hundred percent not wrong. I also had an error message that said I need to give permission on the front panel. There is no front panel. The only buttons on the Tango X is an on/off & Wi-Fi button on the back. On the top of the printer, the three buttons that exist are for the paper loading. I'm extremely frustrated. I don't have a laptop. My phone is sufficient for the Tango X printer according to the box and according to the person at Staples where I bought it. Another option it says is to use a laptop or another iOS. Again, chose this model because I don't have a laptop,or access to one I wouldn't have purchased this printer if I had known this was going to happen. I have some extremely important documents to print. Please help. Thank you

Hi @Lola1111
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Are you trying to connect the printer to your wireless router or are you trying to connect the printer and the phone via wifi-direct?
Wifi-direct is used when you do not have access to a wireless router and the default password is 12345678. For more info, refer to this document.
Note: There will be no internet access on the phone while using wifi-direct.
If you have a wireless router, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document to connect the devices.
If the issue persists, Restore factory wireless settings and try to connect again.
On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for 5 seconds. The Edge lighting flashes blue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
