Trying to find my printer's email address

I received a new laptop and printer as a gift.  I'm not computer savvy.  I can print from the laptop but not my mobile.  It's telling me I need the email address of my new printer.  I can't find it anywhere.  I have a HP Deskjet 2800e All in one.  Please help,

Print from mobile devices You can print using HP Smart or AirPrint/HP Print Service Plugin when the mobile device is on the same network as the printer or a different network (using Wi-Fi Direct).

 ● iOS: Devices running iOS 4.2 or later have AirPrint preinstalled.

 ● Android: Download the HP Print Service Plugin (supported by most Android devices) from the Google Play Store and enable it on your device.
