I have a HP Envy 7155 all in one printer.  I am unable to print my electronically sent tax forms from my email.  
actually, anything I try to print off my emails comes up blank paper.  Both cartridges are full and my preferences are correct.  Please advise. I am using an Apple iPad that is 2-3 years old.
