I received a DestJet 3755 for Christmas and had great success with WiFi printing until I moved back to college. I tried to set up a new WiFi network on my printer by setting it up as a new device (which was the correct move according to the diagnostics sheet). But when I was advised to connect to the localized “HP-Setup...” network, I was instead greeted with a network called “Direct-EE-HP DeskJest 3700 Series,” which was locked behind a password that I don’t have.
I gave up there and took the printer home, but now it just won’t connect to WiFi at all. What should I do? How do I connect the printer to WiFi?

Please check with IT manager in your organization. I know for sure many colleges won't allow staff and students to install private wireless printers on their networks.
If I was you, I would NOT install my printer on some sorts of public networks because I don't want other people to use my very expensive inks and papers.
Regards.

Indeed, make sure you can connect a printer, most colleges will block a such or will have too advanced security for such a home printer.
In order to list the setup option, you would need to reset the wireless settings by pressing and holding the Wireless and Cancel buttons until the Wireless and Power lights blink, see Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel below:
