Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M776dn

Just last week, we are unable to print A4 paper when printing from our mobile phones. Most of the time we arew away from our laptops, and printing from phones is the most convenient. But we are unable to print. It's NOT giving us an option to print A4. only A3. In fact, tray for A4 is full of a4 papers!!! please help
