You cannot print from iOS devices to a USB printer, iOS devices supports select wireless-enabled printers with AirPrint, your printer does not support a such.
If the printer is connected to a Windows PC, you may try checking the 3rd party Printershare app which allow sharing a USB printer with mobile devices and see if that may work for you:

Other than any rd party workaround, a newer and wireless-enabled printer is required to print from an iPhone.
