When trying to print documents (Google Docs and pdfs) from my android phone, it says "Unable to access document. Reason: connection error."

Printing from my android had been working perfectly fine until two days ago but then it started the error yesterday. I tried sending the document to my printer email and only the document that was sent to the printer email was able to be printed. But it didn't require that step before.

How can I go back to being able to print directly from my documents? It seems that printing the photos has no problem.

@5055, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

This does not seem to be an issue with the printer as you are able to print photos and the error says "Unable to access the document. Reason: connection error"

Try printing a different PDF document that is saved on your phone.

Check for any software updates on the Android device.

You may reinstall the app from the Play store to check if that helps.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
