Hi All,

 

I know that Print Anywhere option can be enabled through going into My Account / Manage Devices / Settings / print Anywhere - enable. The problem is that although I can see the 4102 printer on the HP Smart home screen, when I go into My Account (an icon with my initials) the printer isn't listed there? The advice states to add a new printer from the home screen but that doesn't work because according to the home screen, the printer is already added? 

 

Anyone knows what I'm doing wrong pls?
