Hello,
I bought a new printer. I was able to set up the printer using HP Smart app, then I was bout to activate the Instant Ink service using the app.
The thing is instead of getting 4 months free trial as advertised, it said I get only one month.
Screenshots are attached.
Please help.

I'm having the same problem. I've been working on it since 5:30 and nothing works! I hope someone can help us...

Hello,
I am facing the same issue with starting my free trial period within 7 days of my purchase date.
In my case it's 3 months trial that I was not able to start. I have enrolled with my instant ready cartridges but it's not showing any trial period.
Also I wanted to start using this introductory completely free plan (15 pages without rollover) but seems this is non existent.
If you can please check my account and help with my issue and let me know if I can provide more details for you.
