Thanks for the reply, I again recommend you to check the ip address on the printer itself, make sure that the printer and the computer are on the same network, only then you can open the printer page on your computer.
For HP Connected account try the steps mentioned in this article.
If the issue persists, recommend you to contact our phone support and ask for cloud support.

Look in the printer's control panel in the Network section for "Restore Network Defaults" (or similar text).
This will let you start the connection process again.
