Brand new printer. Never connects with WiFi direct (enabled). I don’t have WiFi so the only link available is WiFi direct. iPhone sees the printer with WiFi and Bluetooth active but never connects. I obtained pw from printer but after asking for the ow does not connect. Tried with 3 different mobiles

I'd like to help!
Press the (Menu) button > Network > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Default > Restore... on the control panel. The machine starts restoring default wireless network settings.
From the machine
1 Press the (Menu) button on the control panel and select Network > Wi-Fi >Wi-Fi Direct from the display screen.
2 Tap Wi-Fi Direct and enable Wi-Fi Direct.
Takedown the wifi direct password from your printer and then tr connect your phone using the password
