I have set up the printer and have everything completed but I can't get it to print from my pixel 7pro phone.
It sends the document, shows as printing but nothing happens, I then get a message saying printing failed.
I have tried various ways of sending the documents but still no luck.
Any suggestions?

Hi, I did as requested in your reply. Now the printer is showing that not all features are available and it still won't print. I have uninstalled and installed everything at least 3 times now. Still no luck 😔

I have discovered that it is only Android phones that are unable to print. My son in law has an I phone which had no issues at all printing. Any suggestions how this can be rectified as I do not own any phones other than android.
