Unable to print from iPhone

I have an HP Deskjet printer that will print from my Windows Laptop but when I try to print something from my iPhone I get the message:  No Printer Found. My WiFi is turned on and my cell phone and printer are in close proximity but they are not "speaking" to each other. How do I fix this?

• Phone:  Both Location Service and Bluetooth must be switched on during the initial connection process.
