Unable to print from iphone 13 after installing IOS 17.

I can provide you with some general troubleshooting steps you can follow if you're experiencing printing issues with your HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-In-One Printer and an iPhone after a software update.

 

Check Printer Connectivity:

  • Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone.

Printer Firmware/Software Update:

  • Check if there are any firmware or software updates available for your HP printer. Sometimes, updating the printer's software can resolve compatibility issues with newer iOS versions.

Restart Both Devices:

  • Restart both your iPhone and the printer. This can help refresh their connections and resolve temporary issues.

Check Printer Status:

  • Make sure your printer is online and ready to receive print jobs. Check for any error messages on the printer's display panel.

Printer App or AirPrint:

  • If you're using a specific HP printer app, ensure that it's updated to the latest version.
  • If you're using AirPrint (the built-in iOS printing feature), check if the printer is AirPrint compatible and properly set up for AirPrint.

Forget and Reconnect Wi-Fi:

  • On your iPhone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and forget the Wi-Fi network you're connected to. Then, reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.

Check Printer Queue:

  • Open the Print Queue on your iPhone and make sure there are no stuck print jobs. You can cancel any pending print jobs and try printing again.

Reinstall Printer on iPhone:
