I'm tring to setup my HP LaserJet 400 MFP M425dn to Scan to mail. I'm using windows 10. Can anyone help me out with this issue?
Your E-mail Address * *@genesisglobalaviation.com
SMTP Server * mail.genesisglobalaviation.com
SMTP Port * 465
Ticked box Always use secure connection (SSL/TLS)
SMTP User ID * *@genesisglobalaviation.com
SMTP Password* ************
Ticked box SMTP server requires authentication for outgoing e-mail messages
I have configured with the above details and still getting error message when i click save and test
Please assist

Hi Ukeme,
Go to How To: Scan to Email. It's for a different printer, but it contains very detailed steps that worked for different printers.
