Change my mobile phone number on my Instant Ink Account

‎I have been trying to update my mobile phone number on my HP Instant Ink App by using the profile link which brings up (Edited)  I press the update (Edited) and verify "but nothing happens other than it puts my old number back in where it prompts me to enter new number. This has been driving me mad over the past hour why can't you make things simple because if I am logging into my HP Instant Ink Account I expect to open my profile on the App and change my number by deleting the old number and enter my new number. It simple I have already passed the login credentials because I am able to access my profile page and I also change my subscription which I received a confirmation email informing that my subscription has been updated. But I can't update my mobile phone number. ITS OVER TO YOU NOW TO MAKE THE UPDATE CHANGES OF MY MOBILE PHONE NUMBER TO MY ACCOUNT.
