As I understand, when you try to print it shows "Print spooler has stopped"
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
When was the last time it worked fine?
Were there any hardware/software changes made?'
Let's try these steps to resolve the issue:
Clear the Android OS Print Spooler cache
Sometimes resetting and clearing the Android OS Print Spooler cache can resolve the issue.

On your Android device, tap the Settings icon
, and the select Apps or Applications.

Select Show System Apps.

Scroll down the list, and then select Print Spooler.
Depending on your Android device, tap Storage, and then select Print Spooler.

Select Clear Cache and Clear Data.

Open the item you want to print, tap the menu icon
, and then tap Print.
A print preview screen displays.

Next to Select a printer, tap the down arrow
to view the printer list, and then select your printer.

I called Verizon and they tried from their end for printing solutions. I have printed previously on phone until until last month. Samsung 7 android. My computer, laptop, and iPad have no issues. Just my phone. I have disconnected modem, WiFi, shut down printer and phone. I have deleted hp smart service plug in and hp smart app. Reinstalled. I have cleared cache and all data from printer spoiler on phone. I still can’t print. It spits out paper and my phone says printer error. Print spooler, printer error, printing unsuccessful. I have tried all variations of the hp printer set up. Help?

I have gone through your Post and I would like to help
Please try connecting the Printer and Phone through WiFi Direct and try printing
Follow the instructions on Page 66 and 67 in this User Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05439290
