Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

My printer is connected to the internet and prints wirelessly however I keep getting a message that I need to connect to Web Services to check my ink levels. When I click the connect button I receive this error "The printer could not connect to web services, the service may be busy or temporarily unavailable." This is keeping me from tracking my ink levels as well as receiving new ink.
