My Envy 110 Printer is connected to my network, has an IP address, and shows on my network map. The wireless network test results shows signal quality Excellent, Connected, with "PASS" for Connectivity, Network, and Settings. My internet connection is good (I am typing this from my network).
BUT when I try to enable Web Services, after accepting the Terms of use, the printer checks for product update, and returns a server connection error. This has happened consistently over multiple days. I have shut down the system, waited overnight, tried resetting to factory defaults, with no improvement.
I can print to and scan from the printer wirelessly, but I cannot connect to ePrint, eFax, etc.
I tried entering the ip address in the internet and change the Manual DNS configuration to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. but that did not solve the issue. What can I do? I want to be able to use this printer from 2 other computers, but the computers are asking for a claim code and I can not get a claim code without the Web Services. What should I do? I have three computers 1 MAC and 2 PC Windows 8.

I think the service was retired on October 31, 2016 for your printer. This affects the following HP Printers only:
Photosmart Premium-Web C309n
Photosmart Premium C310
Photosmart eStn C510
ENVY 100/110
Photosmart 7510
For eFax, please check
Regards.
