I've recently purcahsed a used Envy 120. I have connected it successfully to my home network and it appears to be scanning and printing correctly. However, it fails to connect to Web Services. There are many articles on here with regards to trouble shooting such issues but I am loathe to start interfering with router settings etc when everything else works fine. Am I missing something simple or can someone come up with a simple solution....?!
Many thanks in advance.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I found your printer on a list that states "The latest firmware needs to be installed for web services to work correctly".
Please go to the following link, pick your operating system, and download the latest Firmware update:
http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-ENVY-120-e-All-in-One-Printer-series/5203208
This should solve the issue. 🙂
