HP LaserJet Pro 200 color Printer M251nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can not enable web services on an HP LaserJet Pro 200 color Printer M251nw.

This has worked in the past but now I am getting an error when trying toenable via the web interface. Also tried using the printer control panel and get the same error.

connection error: check internet connection

The network environment is fine and have also connected the printer to a personal hotspot using my mobile phone and get the same error.

I have seen in other posts that web services are no longer available on some older printers?

@TROTHNET

Hello,

Unfortunately, as of November, 2020, web services have stopped working and are no longer supported by some printers. Your printer is one of those, no longer supported by web services.
For more information, please go to the Web Services Stop Working section.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.

Best regards,:Wink:
