When I try to scan more than one document at a time an error occurs TWAIN TWCC_BUMMER and will only scan in the first sheet.  This would not be an issue if I didn't need to scan up to 20 documents into my computer.  I've tried calling tech support for my printer and redownloading software but it will not work.  I was wondering if maybe I had something on my PC that was blocking the download? However my printer is a BROTHER

Unlikely that a particular download is blocked.

Downloads are managed (to some extent) by the web browser you are using and (of course) you must have read/write access to the Windows folder in which you want to save the downloaded file.

Assuming you can download other files, you could try using a different browser to download your brother print software.

You will need to pursue this with Brother Printer Support.

Searching the 'net for "TWAIN TWCC_BUMMER ", I did find a reference to the general issue in the Brother support site:

TWAIN or WIA errors appear when starting to scan. (Windows)

The answer indicates that the Scan Settings need to be adjusted to select the particular driver.

?

At the least, the answer / link gets you closer to Brother Support where you can ask for help.
