Ipad (2020). Software version 13:6

Using my MacBook Pro I have access to all the printer settings for two sided printing  including long edge or short edge binding.

However I mostly use my iPad for printing. I have HP smart app for iPad installed (impossible to get HP Smart for Mac0s on iPad).

I can do two sided printing but How do I access printer settings from my IPad?

This is the solution.
1. on the HP Smart app go to the home screen and tap the a print tile

2. Select the document you want to print.

3. At the bottom of the preview page tap print.

4. Just below the document, but above the blue Print box is a tiny grey line / bar

5. Tap the bar. It takes you to a new settings page.

6. Tap two sided to select either short edge or long edge.

7. Tap print

I have an iPad (2020) with software 13:6.

i can do two sided printing both on my iPad and my MacBook Pro.

My problem is how do I change the “layout” setting from short edge to long edge, if the document I previously printed on my MacBook requires a different setting and my MacBook is not readily available.

The HP smart for Mac OS has an option for two sided settings, BUT the HP Smart for iPad does not have this option.

in order to prevent frustration please use an iPad, connect it wirelessly to an HP printer and using only the iPad and / or HP Smart for iPads, tell me how to change the layout settings.   Thanks.
