Product: OfficeJet 9012e

I do own this OfficeJet 9012e when I print with the HP Smart app from my Samsung phone it always prints all the way to the left side of the page with no margin. It was not doing this before I started using the Smart app but before i was using the Smart App the printer was constantly showing "offline" when I went to print from my phone.
