I’m using an iPad when I use the smart app to print photos it only prints black and white - I don’t have the option to change to color . I also don’t have the option to change from landscape to portrait?
can someone please help me

I see that you are facing issues with your HP All-in-One Printer wherein you cannot print in color using HP Smart App from the iPhone.
I suggest that you follow the steps in this document to update the IOS device.
Also, I suggest that you update the printer firmware from HP Smart App by following the steps in this link
Note: Please follow the step under the heading "Update the printer firmware through the HP Smart app" in the above document.
