Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620

I am trying to connect my printer to a new wifi network.  No matter what I do, I get a message that I am locked out by administrator on HP Officejet Pro 8620. Don't know how to get the printer unlocked to connect it to the new wireless. Thanks for any help you can provide!
