Product: Hp printer

Whenever I try to use my tecno f1 phone to print via wifi on my hp printer it keeps showing printer not available

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Is your phone Android or iOS?

The phone is an android phone Tecno F1, and the printer is Hp deskjet HP3835.

pls reply with a solution for it showing printer not available.

Are you using the HP Smart App or the HP Print service Plugin?

Are the devices connected to the same network?

 

Meanwhile, disable the mobile data and try printing while both the devices on the network.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
