Sometimes I cannot print from my iPhone when I have taken a screen shot of something. It says to go to the HPSmart app and accept EULA. I cannot find it.

@Ymcoble, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print from your iPhone using the HP smart app.

Ideally, this has to be accepted during the app installation. 

Are you able to print other JPEG/PDF files?

 

Check for any updates on the iOS device.

Go to General > Update the software

Try reinstalling the HP Smart app from the App store.

 

Alternatively, you may print using AirPrint option. Refer to step 2 in this document to know how.
