Product: HP officejet pro 7730
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2016

My former IT man setup some administrative settings on one of our HP 7730's and its now locked from the netework.

How do i unlock it as i cant access it on the network and cant find a place on the console to insert any administrative settings.

i have tried to restore network settings but i still cant access any network options.

I have no way of communicating with the printer other than usb and i cant get into the EWS that way and remove the networking blocking. Has HP really no way to circumvent this problem ?
