HP DeskJet 2620 All-in-One Printer

My printer is continually printing the print status report. I have tried unplugging the mains cable from both the printer and wall socket, but it still persists.  Can anyone help please?

Hi @Grandmaelenor 

 

Please disconnect the printer from the internet and check if prints the report or not and if it does uninstakl andf reinatll the printer software like HP smart App and please find link below .
