Hp officejet 5222

Its so annoying to be honest but every few months I loose the ability to crop / resize/ change to b&w , and fit to page // seemingly what happens is once I select my document it on goes to preview mode to print.

Again it usually has these options

Default  which under here I can crop, resize the imagine and a few othwr things

Change to b&w  instead of color

Change print size   insteal of fill page I can change to fit to size

I have the most current and updated firmware

My wifi works because it prints my postage labels, just does so full page which is ridiculous (yes yes I can reaize my pdf or download before I select it but I shouldn't have to do this)

Hi @njbono,

I'd like to help!

To better assist -

  1. How is the printer connected to the device USB or wireless?
  2. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?
  3. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

 Keep me posted.
