Wifi password changed, cannot update printer as all settings grey out and "locked"

Hi
We have an OfficeJet 6970.  We have just updated our wifi password.  I then go to the printer to update it and the Wireless settings are all grey and say locked by adminsitator etc  I set it all up so there is no way I added a username and password to lock it, why would I?
But how, without resettting it all (as I have InstantInk and like the email we have) can I change/update the password please?

@disneycjd, Welcome to HP Support Community!

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hope this helps!

So this did not solve it.  I am still being asked for a Username and password and a LOT of the features are LOCKED.

And my email has changed for the printer.

Not really happy.  I called the support team as well and they said it was fixed.  It is not
