Hi, i’ve a lot of problems with my Deskjet 3050A J611.

It is connected at my wifi connection, the blue led is always on but when I start to send a document it does not print, because it is offline.

I have already resetted the printer and i have started again the configuration, and i have installed all the drivers and softwares (Already tested on iOS, Windows 10 and Android)

The serial is [edit], model Deskjet 3050A J611.

I see that you're experiencing printer offline issues and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. Follow some additional steps below and see if that helps-


Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware


You may need to instead go into your router settings and try changing the channel manually. Experiment with different channels to see which one works best. You can contact your ISP for help.


Assign manual IP to the printer

The steps on how to set a manual IP address can be found here.

For the DNS servers please use for the Manual Preferred DNS Server and for the Alternate DNS server. These are Google’s public DNS servers.


Try printing.
