Since a few days all prints send from our laptop to our HP printer 3762 are being converted to a raw extension. So all prints are stuck. It will happen for WORD, EXCEL and PDF Documents.
Sending a test page from the HP app to the printer, works fine
The strange thing here is, when I send document from my mobile phone to the printer, it will print
Does anybody have a clue on how to solve the printing issue from laptop to the HP printer?

Welcome to HP support community.
Update the printer firmware
Here are the steps:- Click here
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.

- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.

Hi there,
Thanks for your response. I finally discovered that somehow the output port between laptop and printer were changed. I changed the windows back to a few weeks ago. ran the HP doctor again and all of a sudden HP doctor corrected the errors and now the printer is working fine again
