macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I signed up for HP Ink program, but the first ink I received yesterday was wrong type (301) - I need 303 to my Envy 6620. How do I tell this to HP Ink people?

As we speak, I checked my account, and a new shipment seems to be on its way (tracked to Oslo yesterday Aug. 3)

I Understand you've received the wrong ink type, and its time we get that sorted,

however, I need more information to help your cause,

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile
