I signed up for HP Ink program, but the first ink I received yesterday was wrong type (301) - I need 303 to my Envy 6620. How do I tell this to HP Ink people?

I Understand you've received the wrong ink type, and its time we get that sorted,
however, I need more information to help your cause,
Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it as I've sent out a list of questions and I could provide a better solution once I have the answers, hence help me, help you 😉
