Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I am trying to set up my daughter with her own  profile through the hp smart app so she do a mobile fax but my printer information page will not print from my smartapp or my actual printer. How do I setup an additional profile and access or at least print out the information page
